Mail Carrier Lost Item, Shop Made It Right!

I was notified that my item was delivered and waited a few days for it to actually arrive and it never did. I contacted the shop and they remade my item and shipped it quickly to me. Issue wasn't their fault at all but they made it right. Would recommend.
