Shipping & Returns
The time we need to create and prepare an order for shipping varies. Orders usually ship within 1- 2 days, at times there could be additional delays on items that require more work or if ordering happens during weekends or holidays. We keep the front page updated with shipping times!
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import (VAT) taxes that may apply. Taxes are collected by the postal service for goods. Mystic Moon Shop, Inc does not collect these taxes and is not paid these taxes. We not responsible for delays due to customs and we have no way to contact customs to find out where a package might be or why it is delayed. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn (and untried on) items only. Items that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned for health reasons. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue! Worn or bent jewelry cannot be returned!

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery - on items received over 30 days refund for the item applies but only a shop credit will be issued to use for future purchases.

Please put your name (or the person you shipped it to) on or in the package!
Make sure it is packaged properly, do not send it in an standard envelope as the machines the post office uses will demolish it and it won't arrive to us. Please make sure you are mailing it with the correct postage, items received with postage due will be returned by the post office. We advise purchasing insurance on your return to be sure it has been returned to us (this is not a fee that will be refunded)
Once your order is placed it is sent to the creation department and we start work on it right away to ensure fast shipping because of this we don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order, if your item has not started being made we will make an exception.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
