It's been 2.5 years since I got this piece in the double and I love it! Ever since I got it I have left it in and haven't put any other piece in (even though a I have a few other nose jewelry pieces). It has held up so well, is very durable and anytime it looks a little tarnished you just use the little cloth on it. I think I have only needed to do that a time or two. I have a nostril piercing on the other side with a stud and have been thinking about putting a hoop in it and it brought me straight back to this site to see what I want. You can't go wrong! And it's nice to find quality nostril jewelry that they make in 18G as well. Some places just sell 20 & 22, but I prefer 18 that mine was originally pierced with. thanks again! Hoping to buy another piece soon.
