All our ear cuffs/nose pierce come in 16 gauge which is 1.29 thick with the exception on out half rounds which are 2.05mm thick

No pierce rings are more forgiving then most rings because there isn't a piercing hole you are trying to fit into so size is a little easier. Conch piercings are typically a 10 or 12mm, septum rings can be pretty much whatever size you would like, helix rings you can also wear a variety of sizes!
